Darren went through the full aspects of the purchase and made the journey into my second Kia purchase seamless. Darren has a great personality and is no way pushy in trying to get the sale, and he was great to haggle with to get some extras essentials thrown in without him having to check further up the chain for approval. Not only does the sales team and the premises show room allow you to browse and inspect the various vehicles in comfort without being hassled by their sales team, but they were on hand to answer any questions uou may have. Another 5 🌟 rating for their show room. With respect to the dealership service department I found them again easy to deal with and book my previous vehicle in for service and maintenance work and in the 3 years of dealing with them they never fleeced me with the bill, and contacted me to seek approval for any extra items that needed to be done, so no surprises when the bill arrived, again 5 🌟 service.
