Having looked at the Web to see what New KIA Ceed was available I came across Sheridans . I made contact via email and from there on the process was a very positive one. I dealth with Megan , who is an absolute asset to Sheridans, as she is very helpful in every step of the purchase, from messaging me , to organizing a video of the car, to arranging a meet up for the test drive. Everything was organized in a timely manner. One of the nicest people you could deal with. We also met with Michael who was also very helpful and informative and finalised the purchase with him. Overall a very positive experience of dealing with Sheridans, Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a new Kia.

I wanted to move to an electric vehicle and visited Sheridans on the Cork Road in Waterford. I dealt with Gerry and Thomas and from the start the service was really excellent. I test drove a number of cars and finished up with an electric Kia. I could not fault the customer service from start to finish. I will be sticking with Sheridans.
